Training objectives: technical experts and management elites

2、 Recruitment position and requirements

Have good ideological quality, positive progress, strong communication and coordination ability, strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, hard work, willing to start from the grass-roots level.

1. New product R & D post

Education background: Ph.D., full-time Master's degree or above

Major: Preventive Veterinary, molecular biology, gene engineering, cell biology

English: CET level 6, can communicate with each other in daily speaking

Others: experience in vaccine development (internship or experiment) preferred

2. Vaccine production post

Education background: full time undergraduate or above

Major: Animal Medicine, biotechnology, bioengineering, biopharmaceutical

English: CET level 4

Others: experience in vaccine production (internship or related experiment) preferred

3. Qa/qc post

Education background: full time undergraduate or above

Major: Animal Medicine, biotechnology, bioengineering, biopharmaceutical, molecular biology, microbiology

English: CET level 4

Others: no fur allergy history; understanding animal experimental methods and serum blood test methods; having practical or clinical experience; proficient in operating office software

4. Equipment maintenance post

Education background: full time undergraduate or above

Major: electrical automation or mechanical automation

English: CET level 4

Others: experience preferred

3、 Compensation and welfare

Salary system: post salary + performance bonus + project award + target performance

4、 Enrollment process

Launch the school enrollment brief seal → school enrollment publicity and presentation → resume screening → preliminary test → retest → offer → signing a contract

Preheating of enrollment: introduction to colleges and universities in September

Interview process: it is divided into two parts: initial test and retest. After each round of interview, the next round of interview arrangement is notified by SMS or email.

Employment signing: notify the employment results and sign the three-party agreement within seven working days after the completion of the retest.
