Liaoning Yikang biological Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Liaoyang veterinary biopharmaceutical factory, hereinafter referred to as Liaoning Yikang) was established in the summer of 1958 and initially completed in 1959, under the management of Liaoning veterinary health station.

In December 2005, we obtained GMP certificate of live cell culture virus vaccine, chicken embryo culture virus live vaccine, bacterial live vaccine and avian influenza inactivated vaccine.
On February 27, 2006, it obtained the qualification of avian influenza vaccine production.
On October 29, 2006, it was awarded the title of leading enterprise in science and technology innovation of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine in China.
On December 26, 2007, it was recognized as Liaoning enterprise engineering technology research center by Liaoning Provincial Science and technology department.
On April 25, 2008, we obtained the GMP certificate of veterinary drugs of embryo virus inactivated vaccine, cytotoxic inactivated vaccine, bacterial inactivated vaccine, bacterial live vaccine and classical swine fever live vaccine (rabbit source).
On December 5, 2008, it was identified as a national high-tech enterprise for the first time.
The enterprise was renamed as Liaoning Yikang biological Co., Ltd., with state-owned shares accounting for 66.6%.
On January 19, 2011, the first inactivated rabies vaccine for animals was put on the market in China.
On October 1, 2011, it was recognized as a key high-tech enterprise in the national torch plan by the Ministry of science and technology.
On December 1, 2012, the research and application project of concentrated inactivated vaccine for poultry won the second prize of national science and technology progress award.
On March 28, 2013, we obtained the veterinary drug GMP certificate of live cytotoxic vaccine production line, embryo virus live vaccine production line, embryo virus inactivated vaccine production line, avian influenza virus inactivated vaccine production line (2), bacterial live vaccine production line, bacterial inactivated vaccine production line, cytotoxic inactivated vaccine production line and yolk antibody production line.
On September 14, 2015, it was recognized as a post doctoral research station by the Ministry of human resources and social security.
In the restructuring of state-owned enterprises, Jinyu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. held 46.95% of Yikang. In July 2018, Jinyu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. held 63.64% of Yikang.
On February 23, 2018, the production line of live cytotoxic vaccine, live embryo virus vaccine, inactivated embryo virus vaccine, inactivated avian influenza vaccine, live bacterial vaccine, inactivated bacterial vaccine, inactivated cytotoxic vaccine and yolk antibody were acquired.
On October 29, 2018, it was recognized by Liaoning Provincial Science and technology department as Liaoning new animal biological products technology innovation platform.
On 121, 2019, it won the second prize of 2016-2018 national agriculture, animal husbandry and fishery harvest of the Ministry of agriculture.
On August 6, 2020, it passed the acceptance of "three level protection standard for biological safety of veterinary drug and vaccine manufacturers".
On September 14, 2020, Liaoning Yikang biological Co., Ltd. successfully passed the national animal pathogenic microorganism laboratory biosafety special inspection in 2020;
On September 16, 2020, the testing center of Liaoning Yikang biological Co., Ltd. passed the CNAs laboratory accreditation.
