On April 11, 2018, the Party committee of Liaoning Yikang biological Co., Ltd. issued the "notice on conscientiously organizing and studying the report of Comrade Zhang Jianyu on March 18, Yangzhou conference," requiring all departments and Party branches to organize party members and employees to study the spirit of general manager Zhang's report from April 11 to April 20. After receiving the notice, each party branch shall immediately organize its party members and employees to carry out study. In addition to organizing self-study of Party members and team learning, all Party branches also held branch learning seminars to lead party members and employees to further understand the spirit of general manager Zhang's report.

Mr. Zhang's report not only reviewed the brilliant development process of Jinyu in the past 25 years, but also summarized the business management ideas and success genes. It not only put forward the guiding ideology of Jinyu's internationalization strategy, but also clarified the future development plan and strategic measures of Jinyu. Party members are encouraged after learning, and have indicated that in the future work, we should further strengthen the advanced and exemplary nature of Party members and cadres, and base themselves on the new era, carry out new ideas and demonstrate new practices, and effectively implement their learning contents in practical work. In this study, the Party committee of the company received 73 pieces of learning experience and experience from Party members of various party branches, and selected more than 10 excellent works from them, which were published and exhibited on the company's website and canteen wall for the majority of employees to learn and exchange.

The year 2018 marks the 25th anniversary of Jinyu's restructuring and the 20th anniversary of its stock listing. It is also the 60th birthday of Yikang and the first year of Yikang's joining Jinyu group. The Party committee of the company requires all Party members to play an exemplary role in taking the lead, seriously study the spirit of general manager Zhang's report, deeply understand its spiritual essence and profound connotation, and earnestly integrate thoughts and actions into the spirit of the report. It is necessary to take the spirit of president Zhang's speech as an opportunity to promote the current work of Yikang, and contribute to ensure that the company completes various objectives and tasks.
