In order to promote the construction of corporate culture, strengthen the communication among employees and enrich their spare time life, the labor union of Liaoning Yikang biological Co., Ltd. held billiards and table tennis competitions for male comrades and poker and checkers competitions for female comrades in the staff club from July to September 2013.

      In this activity, all employees actively signed up and participated in the activity, which fully demonstrated the full mental state of Yikang employees. Most of the participants in this activity are from the production line staff. In order to ensure the smooth progress of production and operation, the trade union makes full use of employees' lunch break and spare time for competition, and employees actively cooperate. In men's competitions, there are singles, doubles and team events in billiards, while men's singles and men's doubles are used in table tennis; in women's competitions, poker is a group of two people, and the two groups fight each other, and checkers are matched by two players, all of which adopt elimination system. Although this competition is only an amateur competition within the company, there are still some high-level players. Many competitions are held among the evenly matched competitors, which is extremely fierce. During the competition, the players worked hard and cooperated with each other actively to achieve the purpose of communication, learning and improvement, which not only enriched the cultural life, but also exercised themselves. Finally, the Union gave prizes to the winners who met the requirements.

      All along, the trade union of Yikang company has been actively carrying out recreational and sports activities, providing a platform for staff communication, enriching the spare time life of employees. At the same time, employees can find themselves in the activities, exercise their ability and improve themselves, so as to put themselves into work with a better mental state, and become the backbone of enterprise development. In the future, the trade union of the company will conscientiously sum up the experience, find out the deficiencies, pool the wisdom, continue to carry out some positive and mass sports activities, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees, let the employees devote themselves to the production and operation of the company with more full enthusiasm, and strive to build a "bioengineering enterprise" with core competitiveness.
